After getting in touch and confirming the details of your event, you will receive a personalised contract along with an invoice for a 25% non-refundable booking fee.

Your booking is secured once the contract has been signed and the booking fee has been received.

The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event.

For bookings made within 15 days of the event, full payment is required upon booking.
